🔗 Instagram adds a new link option to Reels, allowing creators to connect multiple clips into a series. Viewers will now see prompts like “Watch Part 2” at the bottom of a clip, making it easier to follow multipart content on the same topic.
📈 Instagram introduces new retention metrics for Reels, including a “retention chart” that shows where viewers drop off and a “skip rate” measuring how many people skipped within the first three seconds.
🎶 YouTube Music rolls out new tools to boost artist engagement. The updates include fan badges like “First to Watch” and “Top Listener” as well as artist achievements unlocked through fan activity. In addition, a partnership with Bandsintown will highlight live shows in your region.
🖼️ Meta partners with Midjourney to enhance its AI visual generation tools. The collaboration will draw on Midjourney’s expertise in image and video creation.
