📷TikTok launches 'Whee', a new image sharing app with a feed of pictures designed to only be shared with friends. The app was created with the aim to keep people connected with close friends and share life moments.
🖥️YouTube allows longer video edits for creators. The platform, which previously had a restriction of 6-hour video edits, has removed video length limit entirely. Comment moderation and removal are still within YouTube Studio.
🕰️Instagram tests new chat widgets to encourage more engagement in DMs. They will provide a range of add-ons for discussions, include a countdown widget, a time zone widget showing the local time of each chat participant, and a pinned content widget allowing quick access to pinned content.
