⏩ A new Buffer report shows that posting more frequently leads to higher engagement and faster channel growth. The study suggests that sharing 3-5 Instagram Feed posts per week can more than double follower growth and boost reach. While consistency matters, Buffer emphasises that content quality remains just as important to performance.
