🎦 YouTube trials Audio Replies. Selected creators now have the option to reply to a comment with voice notes via the YouTube app on IOS. Similar to TikTok’s video replies, the feature aims to add a personal touch and boost engagement.
📝 Threads reaches a new milestone with 300 million monthly active users. The platform took just ten months to grow from 100 million users to 200 million and the latest download chart shows that Threads is topping the iOS listings.
📷 Instagram adds new features for the Holidays. New ‘Add Yours’ templates, story collages, festive fonts, highlighted phrases and custom animations are being added for the Holiday season.
📱 X reports Record-High Usage in 2024, contrary to third party analytics. X claims that 2024 saw record breaking engagement with a 10% yearly increase in “active user seconds”.
