👠 Pinterest launches a new promotional campaign, focused on personalised fashion and finding your look. The campaign highlights the platform's expanding ability to help users discover products through both text and visual search.
📹 LinkedIn rebrands and expands its Wire program to 'BrandLink'. As well as placing video ads alongside premium publisher content, the program now includes placements next to influencer content, marking an initial step toward enabling creator monetisation on the platform.
📺 YouTube announces updates to its CTV app. The platform has introduced a 'Top Channels' shelf for quick access to frequently viewed content, as well as a 'Continue Your Search' shelf showing users' three most recent searches. Other additions include a music shelf, a dedicated podcasts tab, and a new Shorts shelf.
⭐ Instagram expands Edits app with new features. Having only been out for a week, Instagram is rolling out its first feature update for the video editing app. The new tools include a wider selection of fonts, enhanced voice effects, streamlined editing options and more.
💵 Influencer report highlights gender pay gap in content earnings. Based on data from 40,000 advertisers and 100,000 creators, the 2025 Collabstr report found that female-identifying creators earn approximately 32% less than their male counterparts across all video platforms.
