TikTok partners with World Health Organisation
TikTok aims to tackle health misinformation, and more from Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

👨⚕️ TikTok has teamed up with the World Health Organisation to combat health misinformation on the platform. WHO’s Fides network, comprising over 800 healthcare professionals, will collaborate with TikTok with the aim to stop the spread of false health information by providing accurate explanations and insights on key health topics directly within the app.
💸 A new eMarketer report reveals that Snapchat outperforms TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube in driving purchase results. Snapchat continues to be the top platform for influencer marketing, with creators proving most effective at inspiring Gen Z to make purchases.
🌎 LinkedIn has expanded its support options, now offering over 36 languages for users to engage with the platform in their preferred language. This update enhances accessibility, allowing LinkedIn’s billion members from over 200 nations to fully optimise the app’s diverse features.
📣 Instagram introduces Signature Sounds to Reels. As part of its new sonic identity, Instagram now includes a signature sound at the end of every downloadable Reel directly from the app.
