Eulogy News:

We’re now employee-owned

We’re now employee-owned

We’re now employee-owned

As part of Eulogy entering a new phase of its journey, the agency has become an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), marking a significant new chapter in its evolution – underpinned by our long-term commitment to people, clients and an independent future.

“The decision to move to an EOT is one born of being fiercely independent: in our people and client-focused mindset. It passes on this thinking and opportunity to the next generation. It’s a structure that allows us to continue to think and act in a truly independent way. Now, all at Eulogy can be masters of their own destiny”– Adrian Brady, Founder and Chairman.

What does this mean for our people?

The move to EOT status places ownership of the business into the hands of the employees and the Trust, for the ongoing benefit of all employees.

The transition to EOT supports day-to-day operations, leadership and client relationships. This means continued investment in talent development, creativity and service offering, while giving Eulogy’s employees a meaningful stake in the agency’s long-term success.

We’ve grown in our last three decades, through a combination of strategic thinking, creative excellence and lasting partnerships. We truly believe that great communications are delivered by talented people, working in close partnership.

Becoming employee-owned recognises this.

“Eulogy has always been a people business, and building on that is intentional. Our relationships, the way we support one another, and the culture we create together, are what make this such a special place to work. Investing in our people isn't something new; it's part of who we've always been, and it's fundamental to who we want to be in the future. The Employee Ownership Trust gives everyone the opportunity to benefit from our shared success” – Jen Smith, Director of People and Operations.

What does this mean for our clients?

As Adrian puts it, “in this new era, our client partners will continue to receive the same high level of service and team commitment we pride ourselves on, bolstered by an environment where the team is set up for long-term security and success.

“In a market of endless consolidation, and with the decline and sunsetting of some legendary, long-established agencies, we wanted a very different future. One based on continuity and consistency, all underpinned by independent, creative thinking.”

What does this look like? Well, even more excellence in client service and quality delivery across social, PR and influencer marketing, creative production, advertising, paid media, and insights.

And this news is all part of the new chapter at Eulogy we recently shared, on the appointment of Joss Freestone and Rich Ware as Managing Directors, following the agency brand relaunch and refreshed positioning: Intentionally Creative.

“This is born of being fiercely independent: in our people and client-focused mindset. It passes on this thinking and opportunity to the next generation.”
