A new chapter

for Eulogy

Eulogy is entering a new phase, with a refreshed brand and new leadership in place.

As our Founder and Chairman, Adrian Brady, puts it, this is about ensuring the agency is set up to deliver impact and growth for clients in a more creative and intentional way.

At the centre of this shift is the appointment of Joss Freestone and Rich Ware as Managing Directors. Both have played a key role in shaping the agency and will now guide its next stage while continuing to lead their respective practices.

Joss joined in 2021 and has driven our social and advertising capabilities with a focus on effectiveness and creative impact. Rich has spent over a decade at Eulogy with a focus on PR, strategy & creative comms, developing integrated communications strategies across both B2B and consumer work. Together, they represent a combination of experience, ambition and clarity that reflects where we are heading.

“The traditional agency model is in flux, under pressure from AI, automation and rising expectations around impact and efficiency. Clients want joined up thinking and work that delivers real business outcomes.” – Joss Freestone

That shift in expectation is not abstract. We see it in every brief, every conversation, every measure of success. Clients are asking more of their partners. They want clarity. They want confidence. They want work that earns its place.

Our response is simple. Be intentionally creative.

That means starting with what matters. Understanding the audience as people. Connecting that to business goals. Then building ideas and campaigns that deliver relevance and impact across channels.

This approach is not new for us. But it is now sharper, more deliberate, and reflected in everything we do, from social and influencer work through to advertising and PR.

“Clients want partners who care about doing the best work, who collaborate, who bring confidence and help navigate complexity. That is what we have built here.”- Rich Ware

Leadership matters in moments like this. Joss and Rich are a trusted partnership, both to clients and to the teams around them. Their appointment is about continuing to build the kind of agency people want to work with. This is all brought together in our rebrand, under a single idea. Intentionally Creative.

It’s a simple phrase, but it carries weight. It reflects how we think, how we work, and how we measure success. The new brand identity was developed by our in-house creative and production team, in close collaboration with Rich and Joss; a true reflection of who we are, and our collective vision for the future of the agency.

"Clients want joined up thinking and work that delivers real business outcomes.”
