Role: Creative Lead

We are looking for a new Creative Lead to help shape and guide the creative vision of the agency in a period of exciting growth.


The Creative Lead role sits at the heart of the agency, driving the creative vision, as well as being the arbiter for all work that comes out of the creative team and studio. They will oversee a team of creatives, copywriters, designers, and content producers, with a broad remit covering digital, social, experiential, earned media and fully integrated campaigns. They will work across our entire client portfolio, from household brands to businesses and organisations shaping industry and driving social change. Eulogy works across the B2B, corporate and consumer arenas, with key clients including American Express, Virgin Media O2 and NatWest Group, as well as many other brands and businesses.


Opportunities of the role include:

  • Leading and developing fame-driving and award-winning ideas across paid, earned, shared and owned channels
  • Being a strategic partner to clients and a driver of creative strategy to ensure effective briefs
  • Confidently pitching, positioning, and selling ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Instigating the development of new creative opportunities with the existing client base
  • Elevating our existing creative outputs, agency-wide
  • Leading the creative team and studio to aspire to create and produce effective and award-winning work
  • Working seamlessly with the senior and mid-level agency leadership to make sure creativity is at the heart of everything we do
  • Getting stuck in to be part of campaign delivery, bringing creative visions to life


Qualifications and skills we’re looking for include:

  • 6+ years’ experience working at agencies on global brands
  • Leading and proven track record of winning pitches – outstanding pitch presentation skills and the ability to listen, adapt, command and room and land creative
  • An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce confident original ideas
  • Multiple-disciplinary delivery experience, including film, digital solutions, PR activations and social campaigns, embracing the various roles required throughout a project
  • Relevant experience working in creative leadership and delivery in advertising, PR or digital agencies
  • Experience of building, shaping and leading a creative team within a leading agency
