Current DIVERSE projects:
- Development of an agency guide and code of practice, including use of language, conduct and behaviour, allyship and representation in our work.
- Diversity and inclusion training for everyone in the team.
- Partnership with The Taylor Bennett Foundation on masterclass sessions for its next programme, and development of ‘what is PR all about?’ content to encourage greater understanding in our industry by potential applicants, their families, and friends.
- Mentorship roles for our team to provide guidance and support to young professionals making their first career choices.
