We’re looking for a confident PR Account Manager to join our team, working across an exciting mix of category-leading consumer and lifestyle brands including Amazon, Oura, NatWest, Biotiful and more.

You’ll help deliver culturally relevant campaigns that travel across earned, social, influencer and paid channels, working alongside specialists across PR, social, paid media, advertising and creative production. We believe the best PR ideas don’t stop at coverage, they spark conversation, travel across channels and genuinely shape how people see a brand.

The ideal candidate will be someone with sharp media instincts, strong relationships, and a natural curiosity about brands, culture and the evolving media landscape. A true ideas generator, you’ll thrive on spotting opportunities, shaping stories and landing coverage that genuinely moves the needle.

The role involves: 

• Developing culturally relevant ideas and stories that travel, from media headlines to social conversation - and building the right media, influencer and talent relationships to bring them to life.

• Bringing established media relationships, particularly across health, wellbeing, food & drink and lifestyle media.

• Developing and managing campaign plans, adapting schedules as needed to keep work on track and within budget.

• Contributing to the creative process - interrogating briefs, proposing ideas, and helping to develop integrated strategies.

• Leading the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Acting as the trusted first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering strategic counsel.

• Supporting organic growth through client development, identifying new opportunities and helping shape proposals and pitch materials.

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members, providing feedback, clear briefs, and contributing to their progression.

• Shaping and editing content with precision, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and resonates with target audiences.

• Ensuring strong commercial awareness - from managing third-party costs and budgets to supporting accurate billing and financial processes.
