Paid Media Specialist

Are you a paid media specialist with extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter, and passion for industry trends and emerging platforms? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can be involved in more than just the data?

We’re looking for someone to join our social team, in a senior paid media specialist role, to work alongside our account teams, copywriters and creatives, developing compelling ad copy and creative assets, and presenting paid and data solutions to our clients and new business prospects to help unlock revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience, with a strong background in insights, data analysis, Paid social and PPC, to drive the success of our paid media campaigns across B2C and B2B clients such as American Express, Virgin Media, Molson Coors and Oura.

The role involves: 

  • Planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, specifically tailored for the UK market.

  • Conducting thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform and enhance campaign strategy.

  • Developing compelling ad copy and creative assets aligned with brand messaging and objectives.

  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Utilising a data-driven approach to refine and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices for the UK market.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

  • Conducting A/B testing and implement findings to enhance campaign performance.

  • Managing budgets effectively to achieve strategic goals.


You’ll bring: 

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager,LinkedIn Ads, etc., with a specific focus on the UK market.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategicrecommendations.

  • Experience in PPC and SEO, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of search enginealgorithms and optimization techniques.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • An eye for detail and keen organisational skills, so you are capable of managing multiplecampaigns simultaneously.

  • Certifications in relevant platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.)
