Creative Lead
Eulogy is looking for a Creative Lead to help shape and guide the creative vision of the agency in a period of exciting growth and award-winning work for our client partners.
We're a full-service creative communications agency for ambitious and innovative brands. Our work spans creative content for social media, PR, OOH, digital and audio. We have demonstrable award-winning multi-channel capabilities delivering brand strategy, comms and narrative strategy, campaign creation and delivery, lead gen and everything in between – all driven by rigorous insight and meticulously crafted, as evidenced by recent award wins and nominations including the Lovies, Drum Awards, EMEA Sabres and B3B Marketing Awards. And we have big plans for where we go next.
The successful candidate will experience our entire client portfolio, from household brands to businesses and organisations shaping industry and driving social change, with activity across consumer, corporate and B2B spaces, for established brands and new start-ups and challengers. Our key clients including American Express, Liquid Death, Oura, Virgin Media O2, FREENOW, Royal Mail and NatWest Group, see us activating on the ground at sports, entertainment, and industry events. We have a particular specialism in helping US brands launch in the UK and taking them across the globe.
Opportunities:
To lead and develop fame-driving and award-winning ideas across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
To be a strategic partner to clients and a driver of creative strategy to ensure effective briefs.
To confidently pitch, position, and sell ideas to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
To instigate the development of new creative opportunities with the existing client base.
To elevate our existing creative outputs agency-wide, as a leader and mentor to the agency.
Work collaboratively to lead the creative team and studio, inspiring them to create and produce effective and award-winning work.
To work with the senior and mid-level agency leadership to make sure creativity is at the heart of everything we do, interplaying with strategy, data, and insights to enable you to deliver best-in-class creative service.
What you’ll bring:
6+ years' experience working at creative agencies (communications and PR, digital, advertisingor similar).
Experience of building, shaping, and leading a creative team.
Proven track record of winning pitches – outstanding presentation skills and the ability to listen,adapt and command the room.
An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce confident original ideas.
Multiple-disciplinary delivery experience, including film, social and digital campaigns.
Flexibility and versatility to embrace the various roles required throughout a project.
A passion for culture, creativity and doing things differently.
An inquisitive nature, eager to spot new trends and opportunities.
