2019 was a year of attention-grabbing launches, pop-ups and activations. Remember that sausage roll? The Bank of Ice Cream? How about the arrival of bug protein? Brands were looking to capture the eyeballs – and pounds – of consumers across the country, and the year ahead will prove no different. Our food & drink specialist team dug out their crystal ball to see what 2020 might have in store for us.
