A world-class partnership
As Jaywing’s retained agency, we were tasked with creating a strategy and tactical activation to announce the launch of its partnership with Imperial College London’s Data Science Institute (DSI) and communicate the benefits of the partnership for clients and the wider industry.
We organised a media event for journalists to attend and experience access the DSI’s exclusive Global Data Observatory (GDO) while also interviewing key senior spokespeople from Jaywing. At launch, we secured 11 pieces of coverage, including an in-depth interview with The Drum and an opinion piece on The Huffington Post.
Post-launch, we continued momentum with the story, organising a second media day that resulted in a full page about the partnership in the print edition of the i newspaper. In total, we secured 23 pieces of coverage, including features, news and by-lined opinion, five journalist meetings with top trade, business and national media and positioned Jaywing at the forefront of data science, with credibility in front of investors and clients.
