Driving social engagement for Amex UK
As Amex UK’s sole social and digital media agency we manage a known community of 500,000 Cardmembers, plus an abundance of prospects in the UK. We’re responsible for creating content across various passion points including fashion, music, film, food, entertainment and travel.
We support Amex with social content for London Fashion Week, London Film Festival, London Restaurant Festival, Shop Small and also promote Cardmember benefits for partnerships with the likes of Apple, Starbucks, Qantas Airlines, Park Hyatt, Hertz and more. Activity has seen us implement a number of UK ‘firsts’, including a real-time Twitter photo exhibition for #MySecretCity and the first live gig to be streamed through a single tweet, with Basement Jaxx at Somerset House.
Our visual and editorial tone of voice guidelines were called ‘the best out there in the UK’ by Facebook’s financial services business development director. We’ve quintupled Amex’s engagement figures in a year, whilst also receiving several award nominations including ‘best use of community’ at both the Social Media Communications awards and Social Buzz awards.
