Eulogy! & DiGennaro Communications USA (DGC) announce strategic partnership
Eulogy! & DGC (HQ New York) today announces a strategic partnership to service the global PR needs of the media and marketing services sector. Both agencies will collaborate to offer cross border strategy development, implementation and creative campaigning for both existing clients and prospects.
The move is mutually beneficial with both agencies being leading players with years of experience and expertise in media and marketing services. Eulogy! won the prestigious PRCA specialist agency of the year accolade for its work in this sector and works with leading digital, creative, media and marketing agencies along with media owners, advertisers and industry trade bodies.
Since opening its doors in 2005, DGC has witnessed triple-digit, year-on-year growth and won numerous prestigious industry awards including the highly acclaimed international Stevie Award for Best Overall Company of the Year, in Business Services.
Collectively, DGC and Eulogy! have seen an increased demand from clients for cohesive strategies covering the two creative/media centres of the world. The new partnership will launch with two clients – The Brand Union and MEC (part of GroupM) – and discussions with many more prospective clients are underway.
Lara Leventhal, Eulogy! MD, comments: “We’ve been looking at the best way to enhance the services we offer our clients in the US market for some time. In our discussions with DGC it became apparent there was not only a complementary culture but a common skill set. The media, advertising, marketing services and digital communities are themselves seeking out global opportunities and need PR support which mirrors this. This announcement also supports Eulogy!’s international growth strategy”.
Sam DiGennaro, Founder and CEO of DGC continues: "Both of our agencies are powered by a passion for PR and an expert understanding of the marketing industry, a premium strategic offering. Through this partnership, we expand our reach across continents to offer clients access to brand influencers and decision makers, organizations and media necessary to build their international footprints, or service their local market offices. Also, it offers our talent new opportunities to grow their knowledge base and experience, keeping them thinking in new, fresh ways."
Shared client, MEC’s global corporate communications director Nathalie Haxby, commented, “The partnership between Eulogy! and DGC is a smart move for both agencies and for their clients. We’ve been working successfully with Eulogy! and DGC independently for a number of years, and with this alliance we look forward to a genuinely joined up approach in two of our key markets.”
Toby Southgate, CEO, UK and Ireland at The Brand Union, adds, “DGC and Eulogy! are best-in-class agencies. We’re delighted to be the first to benefit from this working relationship, and the new dimension this will deliver to our communications strategy. This partnership will enact a seamless approach to our UK and US PR campaigns, and makes perfect commercial sense for our business."
