Launching Classic Carry On and Hammer Films stamps

The stamps celebrated the 50th anniversary of two timeless UK film genres. Our launch achieved 155 pieces of coverage and a PVE of £1,350,590.

Description

The collection included six stamps which herald the half century birthday of the Carry On series and the first Dracula movie by Hammer Films.

E! created a multi-media platform that would excite and engage Carry On and Hammer fans across the UK and also globally, whilst engaging with new audiences.

A photoshoot with Carry On legend Barbara Windsor and the Household Cavalry kicked off the campaign.

On the day of the launch Eulogy! hosted a special event attended by Carry On and Hammer stars such as Amanda Barrie, Fenella Fielding, VIP guests, MP’s and key media.

Results

  • 155 items of coverage in national, regional, specialist, trade, online, radio & TV
  • Highlights include – widespread coverage in The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The Times, Daily Express & The Sun to name a few
  • Broadcast coverage was also achieved on Sky News, Loose Women, BBC Radio 1, Radio 2 and Radio 4 and BBC Radio World Service
  • PVE was £1,350,590
